Before you write
- A client cannot upload. Send us the month and roughly when they tried. Do not send the upload link itself.
- A file was flagged wrongly. Tell us what the document was and what the flag said. The check is guidance, so your client can still send it for your review.
- Files have disappeared. Uploads are deleted seven days after the last upload for that month. That is by design, and deleted files cannot be recovered.
- Never email us passwords, and please do not forward client documents to us — we do not need them to help.
