Nothing gets cut off mid-close. If you move from Pro to Free, anything already open finishes: existing months stay downloadable, links keep working, and no files are deleted early. The client limit applies to new clients.

Questions about billing

Do I need a card to start?

No. The first three months are free and we do not ask for payment details up front.

What happens when the free period ends?

We email you before it does. Add a card to stay on Pro, or do nothing and the account moves to Free.

Is it billed per bookkeeper or per client?

Per bookkeeper. Your clients never pay and never need an account — they open one link and upload.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account. See cancellation and refunds for what happens to the month you have already paid for.

Are prices in US dollars?

Yes. Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are; if tax applies it is shown before you pay.
