Cancellation and refunds

The short version. Cancel any time from your account. Pro runs to the end of the month you have paid for, then the account moves to Free. Nothing you are part-way through is cut off, and no files are deleted early.

How to cancel

Email hello@stillout.xyz from the address on the account, or cancel from your account settings at app.stillout.dev. Either way it is done the same day, with no phone call and no retention conversation.

What happens next

Pro features stay on until the end of the period you have already paid for.
After that the account moves to Free — it is not deleted, and your history stays.
Months already open finish normally. Existing client links keep working and collected files stay downloadable for their usual seven days.
The Free plan's two-client limit applies to adding new clients, not to clients you already have.

Refunds

The free period. The first three months cost nothing and need no card, so there is nothing to refund.
The current month. Cancel within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that month in full, no reason needed. Ask at hello@stillout.xyz.
Earlier months. Past months are not normally refunded, because the service was available and running.
When it is our fault. If Still Out was unavailable or lost data on our side, tell us and we will refund the affected period whatever the timing.
Charged by mistake. A duplicate or unintended charge is refunded in full.

Refunds go back to the card that paid, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Statutory rights, including any local right to cancel, are not affected by anything on this page.

Deleting your account

Cancelling leaves the account on Free. If you want it gone entirely, email hello@stillout.xyz: we delete the account, its clients, and its records within 30 days. Download anything you still need before you ask.
